Sheldon's traditionally fired pottery must be carefully photographed to show mica reflected thru a highly polished glaze, while documenting the smoke patina. Camera angles must be controlled to maintain complex shapes. Sheldon was honored with a Southwest Indian Market Fellowship award in 2009.
